Yes! He made the sad birthday bear. Well actually you can see it as a "tired" birthday bear after a wild party.
And Budapest sounds good! I would love to come. It's not 100% though. But I'll try :)

You've mistaken the letter 'u' (like in Untung or Ulma) as a sagging boob? But, it *is* one sagging boob!!!
